Today we'll be using an image from the creative commons. We will make a color selection like you did in 6th grade, as a warm up for this year.
1) Use one of the websites listed to find an image, or search around using google's advanced image search options.
2) When you find it check for the cc symbol, or for the author's permission to use it.
3) Find the highest quality version of the file you can (pixel number should be big, for example 3300 for width or height or larger)
4) Right click > Save As, Save to a location you can remember like H: drive or D: drive
5) Open Photoshop
